Problem w/ USB root hub

CPU/Ram: AMDk6/2 400 rma 64 mb

i got a problem with the Gigabyte USB expandsion card. when start up window, the new hardware found dialog ask me to install driver. after that the new hardware found dialog found 'USB root hub' and then it HANG.
i don't know why ,anybody help me plz

Just install the drivers manually. Put the cd in the tray or the floppy in the A drive and open My Computer. Click on the drive letter where the drivers are located and look for the Setup.exe file and click it.
