Problem starting Flight Sim98

I have a big problem!
When I´m going to start Flight Sim for win98 then there is a message saying something like this:

I know the message is in Swedish but I think it´s easy to understand anyway!
The program is registrering an unguilty "pageerror in module panels.dll!
Waht to do?????

Go to microsoft.com, flight simulator section and in the archive section there is a setup patch you should download.

FSIM Getting the following, illegal procedure, etc, you've all seen it. PANELS.DLL H 10.

I instaled win2000, after I have a problem with panels.dll error.
