problem receiving my emails

I was getting my emails through outlook express, with no probs, however to-day I keep getting this message,
Server has unexpectedly terminated my connection, account pop tiscali.co.ukServer, 127-.0.0.1 protocol. pop 3 port 110, securer ( ssl) number error 0x800cccof,
CAN ANYONE OUT THERE GIVE ME ASSISTANCE TO GET MY EMAILS,

Hi Ron, hi everyone,

Check that the account settings are correct using the settings below.

If still no joy, add a new account and set it up using the following:

login yourusername@tiscali.co.uk
incoming email (POP3) pop.tiscali.co.uk
outgoing email (SMTP) smtp.tiscali.co.uk

Do what Mesich says above.

The 127-.0.0.1 is an internal loop back message, usually put there by Norton Antivirus to keep an infected e-mail from going out.
