problem receiving my emails

I was getting my emails through outlook express, with no probs, however to-day I keep getting this message, Server has unexpectedly terminated my connection, account pop tiscali.co.ukServer, 127-.0.0.1 protocol. pop 3 port 110, securer ( ssl) number error 0x800cccof, CAN ANYONE OUT THERE GIVE ME ASSISTANCE TO GET MY EMAILS,

Do what Mesich says above. The 127-.0.0.1 is an internal loop back message, usually put there by Norton Antivirus to keep an infected e-mail from going out. Larry
