Problem in Running Exe for VB app

Hi friends , I have developed a application in Vb6 using ADO comtrols and Datacombos. I have 3 ADO controls on Form and 2 Datacombos and 2 Text boxes. Iam using Windows 98 SE When I run this App in VB its running Ok, But now when a make an exe and run that exe on the same M/c. The real problem occurs. i.e When I select a value from one combo and press tab to enter the second value. My first selected value is getting lost, even if I move to text feild , the provious selected value is clearing up. i beleive some Dll of Operating system got corrupted . Can anybody please help me in solving this problem.
