problem in MS Word 2000

please help me... In my MS Word 2000, the paper size in the page setup are totally gone... Even I repair/reinstall and uninstall/install the MS Office. This is very urgent!!!... aTdHvAaNnKcSe

Try removing and reinstalling the printer. Quite often the paper size is a function of the printer, not the program. Larry

Not Windows, the printer driver. Go to the maker's web site and get the latest driver. Don't use the Windows driver. Larry
