When the advertisements, in flash, in yahoo messenger advertiesment bar are displayed, a messege appears saying "This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down......"When I click "Details>>",

you won't do much in todays computing enviornment with the old dinasour computer.
64 meg of slow style ram won't cut it, and i suspect the cpu is too slo also.
a lot of resource power is needed to do anything with the net today.

That flash update is a Cab file. When you download it, what do you do with it??

... extract all the files to a folder + run the "exe".
