Hi I have a problem after installing Direct X 9.0c. Since then all video is almost black. It plays video but far too dark. All audio is too loud amplified. This occurs in both Mediaplayer as in Realplayer (or any other players). Previous version was 8. Everything worked perfectly on my windows 2000 pc. Is there an option to go back to 8? Thnx for your support.

Do you have all the service packs installed for Win2000? I believe that if your graphics card needs DX9 it should work fine under Win2000. You may need to update the service packs BEFORE installing DX9 though. Get SP4 below. Then get the rollup too. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...
