Probelms printing to Sharp jx9600 thru Access Program

Anybody please help, I'm a techie with this probelm thats not going away. Client has an Access based program and it wont print data correctly, but will print templates in the correct order, This probelm is on a Network system using NT4 Server and 95 workstations. The probelm is only with the Sharp JX9600 laser printer, as the new HP laser has no problems printing whatsoever, If anybody has any ideas please post. Ihave tried almost everything to numerous to mention, If no one has any ideas I will have to revert to plan B (Kill my Client, therefore no client no probelm, well except with the police.) And no it has nothing to do with sunspots or planetry alignment...

try using driver included with windows 95 for hp series III go to http://www.sharp.net.au/download_files/printer/printer2.htm hope this will work for you I have a jx9400 was looking for driver and found this.......i still need the jx96nd toner just got the jx96dr. bought this at a yard sale no wonder so cheap needed drum and toner. again good luck
