printshop 6.0 causes shutdown error

everytime i open printshop 6 for anything then close it and do a system restart or shutdown i get an error message msgsrv32. Any clues?? If I open ps6 close it then open printmaster deluxe close it then restart everything works ok...whew, thanks for your help.
