When I print the screen my printer seems to be working fine, but it is cutting off about 1/4 on the right side which is about 1 word every line so I can't read, can you help me and tell me if that is a printer adjustment or a screen adjustment or maybe What? Thanks

I'd think your video display is fine, as you look at it.
On your printer, check the RIGHT margin setting or some sort, depends on your brand.
Also, page orientation and maybe see PRINT PREVIEW where there should be settings to adjust to your needs.

I often print screen info from web pages at work. The work's printer does not offer the ability to adjust the settings.
I do not usually need everything that is on the screen so I place my cursor in the page area that contains the info I want; right click and select Print. It prints what I am wanting to print.
Another option if I do want the whole page is to hit the Print Screen button and then paste it into Excel where I can adjust the size easily. (I actually use a screen capture program to do it)
I stretch it down and to the right to column 'I' and the size is good for printing on one page.Bryan

What EC mentioned, is the way to go. Without getting into the specifics of ALL your puter and printer settings, the thing to do is: choose Print from File menu. Then choose Properties, then LANDSCAPE under Orientations. If you choose the Print icon from the toolbar you may not get the option to choose Properties - run from File menu.good luck,

When I want to print a screen on line, I click on file and get the pull down screen. I click on print and it prints the first page. When I repeat this for the print feature is not available but is faded out. Nothing happens when I click on print. Then I close the drop down menu and I click Control P to try to print, but the computer freezes up. I have to reboot to unfreeze and start over. What is wrong. I have desktop windows 98.
