Printing problem with Canon BJC-5100

Whenever I try to print a document from MSWorks 4.5a with the Canon BJC-5100 printer the printer prints 5 less lines than shown on the screen in the MSWorks page. This results in the printer printing more pages than MSWorks indicates. Does anyone know how to get this printer and the MSWorks page printing the same thing?

Have you tried decreasing the top and bottom margins in 'Page setup" ?
