My printer, a Xerox 480cx, prints fine from any of my software. A few days ago it stopped printing web material - whole pages or selected text. The page comes out blank with a footer that says file://c:\windows\TEMP\trsCCCCC.htm The C can be any capital letter, example ..\trsJMJBP.htm There is no such file or anything similar on my HD. Any idea for a cause or fix? - I've asked about 10 people and so far no one has heard of this.. Xerox still hasn't answered my email - maybe I stumped them! Thanx, Ben

Try deleting all the files in c:\windows\temp. You aren't running short of space on your C: drive are you?
