This pc is on a home network and uses a HP948c printer connected to another machine. I have just reinstalled operating system as well as office 2000 and printer drivers. Problem is I have a document in the print queue that that will not print and therefore blocks all subsequent documents from getting to the printer. I have attempted to delete the job but cannot do so. Strange thing about the document. It is 0kb and belongs to "Guest". This is not the name of the pc I'm using. It may be relevant that the machine it is networked to is running XP however the "Guest"profile on that machine is not activated. I have also checked print queue on the XP machine and this document is not there. Printing from the XP machine works normally. I guess what I'm looking for is a way to delete this job from the 98 machine's print queue. I tried deleting and reinstalling the printer but the "Guest" document remained in the queue.
