Come on, how do you expect anyone to help you with information like that.
Most of those here are not in your house looking at your computer. We have no idea what the unit is or how it's arranged.
Would you repost with some details? Tell us how many partitions or hard drives do you have setup. What’s the letters assigned to each of them? What motherboard do you have? What's the BIOS version?
We really should know as much as you do about the unit in order to give you the help you need.

.. and one other thing. Have you had the lid off and been poking around inside recently. Have you been in the BIOS and changed anything.

if it really has failed, take it out, & fit it as a slave in anothe pc, you may be able to get info off it that way

Your bios is detecting a problem with the primary master hard drive. Make sure it's properly identified in cmos. Make sure the cable between the motherboard and drive is correctly and securely attached on both ends.
