If your power on password belongs to Windows (which you have program to set it on everytime you switch it on), here is what ro do. The next time you switch on your computer and the password box comes in, just bypass it. Or go to Start-Settings-Control Panels-Password and set it off.

Alot of computers have a security set in their bios that allows you to enter a password in order for it to boot. Check your bios security settings to see if this is enabled.

Press F10 after the memory count you fool, if you enabled it you must remember how to disable it.
Look for a security setting within the BIOS.
Don't fiddle with shit you know nothing about otherwise I'll hunt you down and shove it up your big fat ass.

enter bios (usually F1 or del at boot-up)in set password at bios screen re-enter your current password then leave select new password blank and that will disable it. if you dont have the password you are fuct. it will need a factory reset.
