Pop-Up Windows in IE6

My Pop-Up windows on all Internet sites do not work. They just seem to hang!. I am presently using IE6 on Win98SE,I have alot of memory and Disk space. It seems to be a rather recent problem. Can anyone out there help me?

Hi:what popup program are we talking about? have you tried surf Pal popup program it is fantastic and it will work super with IE 6.0 on the other hand have you tried uninstall your popup program and Reinstall To see if it work BTW:some sites (Hackers one)will crash your IE and your popup program and that will corrupt your program HTH.

I never used a Pop-Up program. I'm talking about regular pop-up screens while surfing.
