I install a new PCI usb card to my computer with win98 operating system. the problem is, the system can't detect the newly installed hardware, it is only detected as "unknown USB device" what should i do folks? do i need to obtain the driver pack for the motherboard? pls tell me what to do... thanks and more power!!!

Have you already installed the Win 98 Driver from the Manufacturer's Disc/diskette that came with the USB PCI card? If so, post the Make & Model of your Brand Name PC or the Motherboard if your PC is custom built.
