Please help -- Illegal Operations

I get illegal operation messages when I try to open Yahoo, or install Internet Explorer 5 and Alta Vista free internet. How can I fix such a problem. Summary: help! yesterday i installed a new video card (radeon 9100 64mb) in my computer. however, whenever i try to play my games (return to castle wolfenstein, and wolfenstein: enemy territory), it crashes....
