As many other posters have suggested .. maybe demanded, please run Ad-Aware & Spybot Search & Destroy before posting a Hijack This log. Please indicate that you have done this. Alternatively, you can post to the Security & Virus forum where you'll get. I, personally won't bother responding to you unless I see this fact. Frankly, it takes more time than I'm willing to give it without some effort on your part.

A quick look and I see this:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\KEYHOST.exe

May be your problem, also as suggested run CW-Shredder, SpyBot, update before running.

Hi, you're right, it probably is spyware, but sometimes getting rid of that junk is a lot harder than you think. If i were you I'd just back up what I need, reformat my hard drive, and reinstall whatever OS you're running. That oughtta do the trick!

Hi y'all,

Addition to MrCharlie's post:
Go here, get Spywareblaster.
Beansoup Safety Links
When you first open your PC, every day, run Spywareblaster. That program protects...Then run your CWShredder periodically...Close all browsers first...

Go to Start/run/
type in msconfig
open the startup tab, and get rid of alot of your start ups..( 04's)
