Ping error

Neither ping nor tracert will work I get an error message: Cannot open tracert.exe / Cannon open ping.exe

TCP/IP was installed, Uninstalled it restarted and reinstalled it restarted and go the same error message.

Tried also deleting it and copying it from the CAB files from 2 different w98 cd's.

Running w98 on a NetWare network.

Does anyone have any more ideas?

If you don't have your path statement set to point to the location of ping.exe and tracert.exe you will have to open a dos prompt and run the commands from their actual location, C:\Windows. So, um, try that.
