An executable with the name America.exe sounds like it would be a virus.
Did the photos come from a friend, or stranger? Be careful!

It's not a virus. That's a false message originated by AOL. There is no america.exe file. If it's a ZIP file you will need an unzip program like WinZip.

OOps. Didn't read that thoroughly. You will need 'Power Point' to open PPS files.

To open the pps file extensions, download the PowerPoint Viewer 97 (It will view both 97 and 2000 powerpoint pps files ). It can be bownloaded free at http://www.office.microsoft.com/downloads/9798/ppview97.aspx Once installed all you do is double click on the pps file and it starts the presentation.
