Oh My God i have the same problem
but me i'm working with the web services technologie , i created an html page witch called a winform ,this winform call a webservice (this WS is in J2EE architecture)
so when i cal my html page ( named : gallerie.html) like : http://localhost/gallerie.html it gives an error like : ....permission : pubkey....

The same problem as what?

Maybe this is some Windows 2000 problem, if so see the 6th forum down at the top left of this page (this is W95/98 forum).

The 'web developement' forum might also be of interest to you. Is there a reason you are using encrytion?
