Comment:

When trying to open JPEG files, I get the message, "cannot find pd3.exe".
Can anyone help me repair/replace this program?

It's a radical suggestion, but have you tried looking for the application yourself?

PD3.EXE seems to be an Adobe Photo (etc) program - perhaps you can recall installing or uninstalling it?

If you've uninstalled or deleted, then you'd want to reassociate JPGs with another program (preferably one you actually have).

The default association for JPGs is Internet Explorer, but that can be (and usually is) changed to a dedicated graphics editing or viewing app. To change the association, select a JPG file using Windows Explorer, press 'shift' while right-clicking the mouse and select 'open with' then choose an application from the list (or browse) - might want to checkmark the 'always use this program' box too
