I have now for 2 weeks problem with my PC-TEL HSP K56 FLEX PNP D/F/V Modem, also with my: IRQ holder for PCI. I dont know what to do, is there a Fix? I'm a old fellow, and not to breit with P.C. but this is the only way for me to have contact with my kids.
HSP56 is not a true modem. It is a chip that steals processor and memory time from your main PC. It's a real cheap way out. I disabled my modem on the MOBO and bought an external modem. They are real cheap and they have a great deal more flexibility. However if you still wish to pursue the matter, perhaps this tutorial will help:

Hi Mooseboy 84. I have 2 Problems:
1 IRQ holder for PCI hsa problems
2 PC_TEL has a problem. If I bin ask to open a seperat window, and it comes up, I have to click first STOP and than REFRESH than it opens. hope you do understand now waht I meen. Thanks Willy
