At our office we are running a HP 2200D Laser Printer with a Jet Direct 170X on it. I have one user that when he prints under Word/Excel he has to manually go out and press the button on the printer to get it to go then gets the following error report:

PCL XL error
Subsytem: KERNEL
Erro: Illegal Tag
Operator: 0x32
Position: 160

Any ideas? I have searched quite a bit but haven't found one that covers this error as of yet. Thanks!

Not without seeing the PCL string - You can put the printer into diagnostic mode and it will print the string rather than process it.
