PC Speaker bleeps

My new pc i built keeps making strange beeping noises from the case speaker. It beeps once as normal on startup but when i load up a game or sometimes when its accessing a cd it will do a mad bleep, either two high pitch beeps or a low high low combination or both. I havent got any speaker alarms setup in the bios. I dont know of this is normal cuz i have a HP Pavilion as my other PC and it has no speaker connected up.

thanks but this is while running windows it happens, not on boot up, on boot up i get the normal one beep.

a few deatils about your system could be helpful. just because you know what your system is does'nt mean we do. it's sorta like working in a dark room with a blindfold on.
