Macaffee fortress will allow you to encrypt as many FILES (not whole folders) as you want. I have a zipped copy of a stand-alone fortress which I'd send you if you want... repost here... tm.

there is no intrinsic way to do this in Windows, you will need to use third-party software to encrypt folders
