pcnurse, you didn't state what version of outlook you have but you might try going to the "Outlook Support Center" at: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;EN-US;out (copy and paste this address into your address bar and then click "GO" OR type this address into your address bar and then click "GO". Hope this may be of help.

I wouldn't use Outlook for anything. But if it does not support passwording, I recommend PGP if you need industrial strenth, public key encryption.
