My situation:
C:\ Drive - 8GB It contains Win98se and is set to be the Primary Boot Drive
D:\ Drive - 60GB Used as a backup Drive.
I want to install Win98 on the 60GB drive. But I have lots of data on both drives. Is it possible to set the 60GB as the active drive and install windows on it alongside the existing data?

yes you can. make the 60 a master and the 8 a slave and install 98 the normal way. then if you want to you can delete 98 on the 8gig. delete the program files amd the root directory as well. you will have to re-install your software though.
