I am getting error code E31 from a Panasonic KX-PS600 printer and have no way to find out what is the problem. I live in Honduras and there is no technical support to speak of from the dealers. I would greately apreciate any help.

The E31 error code shows a burnt out or faulty fuser lamp or temp is below 357oF for 1 minute. (possible thermostat problem). Problem is after it's corrected the reset sequence is a Panasonic secret.
Anyone know the reset sequence as it sure doesn't mimic the HP series II or III's even though it uses the same emulation.

I had an E 31 error on my KXP4420 which
had an open fuser lamp.
after replacement the error code was no longer displayed.
there was no reset sequence to follow.

The E51 Error Code indicates that you need to replace the fuser module. The part number is KX-PFS1. Hope this helps everyone regarding this Error Code.
