dear sir i i have a used panasonic 24 pin kx-p2123 printer
when i try to use it i get the mesage that it is out of paper but i have paper in it
i also get the masage that it port is being used by another
but when i put it on another computer it work fine can you tell me what i am doing wrong
i have it on a swich boxi have also hooked it up to the computer and it does the same thing

I upgraded my system from win95 to win98 and my KX-P2123 printer does not work. I have tried to remove the driver and reload with the same results. When checking the printer settings using control panel under device manager the driver shows the device driver is not working properly. When I try to print it never recognizes that a printer is attached? Is there a solution or another driver that can be downloaded to fix this?

I also upgraded from Win95 to 98, & my kx-p2123 printer also does not work! It simply re-feeds paper constantly with short breaks to print jibberish!!

My printer work slow with win98 (Pentium 433MHz). I didbn't had any problem with win3.1(386-50MHz).

I have developed the same problem with my Panasonic KX-P2123 printer that you guys have described.
Actually, the printer worked fine for a week after I switched it from a dysfunctional Win95 desktop machine, to my new Compaq Presario 5301 with pre-loaded Win98. But now it goes into the gibberish-plus-pagefeed mode after printing a the first page or two of a file.
I tried uninstalling and re-installing the printer, without improving anything.I would really appreciate any helpful advice.
