I need to know what model cd-rom drive came with the Packard Bell Platinum 60.

Hey j-dubz:

If there is a drive manufacturer that uses firmware that is the least compatible with any other ATAPI standard, that is the one PB used.

If you are having CDROM problems, I'd just replace it.
