My Outlook program (from Office 2000) adds blank toolbars that can't be deleted. There are two blanks when I start up, then when I switch views, for instance from Calendar to Inbox, or in the Customize menu, it adds more. I can fill my screen with blank toolbars. I have tried reinstalling. Any suggestions?
