Outlook - Sharing a calendar in your personal folders

Comment:
Hi all,
I have a user that wants his secretary to be able to view his calendar in Outlook but nothing else. I know it can be done if the person is using his mailbox, but all of his information is going into his personal folders (*.pst). Is there a way to share the calendar in this kind of setup? Thanks for any help.

Install Net Folders. It is buggy though. Some systems like it and some don't.

If it's Outlook 2000, go to tools, click options ( this has to be done from the user's computer and not the secretary). In options click the Delegates tab, then add the secretary name from the list and click ok. You'll get a Delegates Properties box. Click the down arrow form the calendar and assign the secretary a Reviewer permission, which lets her view and read the Calendar only. Hope this helps.
