Plz help

Marcus, Your Computer is telling You,it doesn't have any Memory (Ram) Left.
Ram means Phsyical Memory to acomplish tasks, like, run The Program, Outlook Express.
This Memory runs at a Certain Speed.
Your Pc'S Ram Speed is 64MB,which is Low.
I would suggest Ram of at Least 128MB.
Ram is a Hardware on Your PC.
When You start Your PC, it will tell You
on the Screen, what type of Ram You have.
It's probably SD Ram.
Go to Your PC Shop,& tell them,You want to
Upgrade Your Ram from 64MB to 128MB.
You will see what the Hardware looks like.
With Your PC off, open Your PC Box, & look
for the Identical Hardware. You'll see open open slots next to the Existing Ram, insert into Slots.Reboot Your PC, & it should recognize, New Hardware. Install with Software given to You.
You can also ask the PC store to install it. Cost aprx. $35
It doesn't take long to Install.
Another Option, Remove some Programs, in the Add, Remove, Programs Box, this will regain some Ram.All the Best,
Christian Lee

Hi Marcus, Christian, hello everyone,
Check out this link
regarding the error message.Best Regards,

Christian ..
Removing programs using Add/Remove Programs won't give you any more memory (but it will free up disk space). Out of memory errors can come from a few places:
1. Bad or failed RAM stick (unlikely in this case).
2. Too many background programs running in which case System Resources will be too low. That's a region of memory that Windows uses to keep track of things and is limited to 128K (no matter how much RAM you have). Culprits that cause this are complex desktop schemes (wallpaper, bitmap images, screen savers and programs that don't release memory when they exit).Your observation about adding memory is maybe right, although if the machine was running fine before (IE OK, etc.), then I tend to doubt that adding memory will necessarily fix it.
Doing a thorough house-cleaning (removing temporary Internet Files, etc. .. the things that are offered in the Properties dropdown of Windows Explorer when you right click the C: drive .. Disk Cleanup) can certainly help some.
