Did you ever find riched32.dll? We were infected by Happy99 last night and we get the same message. Can't find it anywhere.

riched32.dll problem. You may find that you don't want a newer version but an older one. The one that works for me is 173,536 bytes, date 24-8-96. The one dated 29-10-97 size 229,648 bytes did not work.

I deleted some how Riched 32 Dll file while trying to install Piture It 2000 full package. But it kept saying I didn't have enough memory, So I thought I trashed some programs, and games I wasn't using anymore, Finally gave up and went ahead and installed Reglar Picture It files.But still without the full poackage, then gave up went to send my mail , and the Riched 32 Dll file missing thing came up, I don't windows 98 disk anymore, where can I down load this file, I am running mindspring 4.0 with windows 95 with a upgrade to windows 98.Help where can I download it. Thanks

Found what I needed( Riched32DLL file) in WWW.drivershg.com you have to fill out a form, submit, and the file comes up for download , takes about 10-15 minutes depends on your modem speed. Download to your desktop, finish downloading, then for to desktop and double click to open,it will unzip, It took care of my not being able to send my mail.

Folks Please excuse my spelling on my last entry. Anyway found where to get the Riched 32 DLL filesI needed,and alot of other free file downloads. I went to www.drivershg.com You Need to click on what type you need. It will ask exactly what name of the file you need , then answer the basic personal imfo they need and hit submit. It will take you to what dowload you need. The file comes up for download ,Riched32DLL took me 10-15 minutes I have 56k but with my phones runnung at 28,800bps.Save download to your desktop, finish downloading, then go back to your desktop and double click to open, my icon had a magnifying glass, and name of file it. Then it will unzip itself, It took care of my not being able to send my mail out.Hope this helps someone else.
