Outlook express won't launch

Hi, My Outlook express won't launch, I tried reinstalling from the original CD. Still just a breif hourglass when clicking on the ICON or the start menu.

You need to go to: Control Panel/add remove programs/windows setup. Make sure that the address book and outlook express are both checked.

Then try unchecking them, rebooting. Go back in and recheck them. Anythings worth a shot.
