outlook express is not finding msoe.dll. where can i download it, or where can i get the software to re-install it?

I can't open e-mail without message that an error has been caused at MSOE.DLL at 0168.7a08aad
What do I do now?

I have just loaded Front Page 2000 and cannot now access Outlook Express as MSOE.DLL cannot be loaded. I intend to give the Microsoft Help Desk some serious grief about this in the morning. Why should I or any of us have to sort out the short comings of this giant???

Computer says cannot open file msoe.dll
What to do?
Can access all other things but not the Outlook express mail!

Driver to replace corrupt dll:
http://www.driverguide.com/uploads/uploads2/15442.html, just open program\outlook express and paste in and overwrite corrupt files. DONE

I need a new MSOE.DLL so as u say i could just overwrite the corrupt one.
I am howeverin need of a Win ME (PANTS I KNOW) .DLL

I want to know where outlook express store the all mail settings.
i search in registry, But it store only in default mail settings.

I cannot open Outlook Express and apparently am missing msoe.dll file..I have tried a few things but no luck so far...
I would appreciate some help...
Thanks.

I have windows 95 installed on my computer.
I have read the documentation on internet explorer 5.5 and windows 95 is OK to be installed in.
when I run outlook express I got message that outlook express could not be started because msoe.dll could not be loaded
msoe.dll exist on my computer : c:\program files\outlook express and is 1065k bytes.
I need to solve the problem, so my outlook express will work properly. Thanks :o)

I tried to do the resolution for err MSOE.DLL cannot be loaded, but when I go into my add/rem progs., it only has Mic. IE and Int. Tools...it does not list OE separately. Is there anything else I can try? Thanks.
