I am using Outlook 98 but suspect it is similar. Open a new message. Click on "To" and this will access your address book. There you should see Bcc just below cc:, adding an address there will cause it to appear on the New message once you hit okay.
If it does not then reply back and I am sure someone else will have another idea.

Open a new message. Go to the View menu, then pick 'All Headers' and (for me at least) the bcc appears.

Hi Vinay If you go to File (or is it View?), there is a heading Layout and check the BCC option in there. Manoj
