Hi! If I receive an E-Mail, McAfee opens and says that there's an Virus! But it erase the E-Mail immediately! I want to know some more informations about the virus and who sent it!
Can I set up McAfee? It should not erase the E-Mail immediately or should write down who sent this E-Mail!

Depending on the version you are running, you could do a number of things. Mostly, the attachment is the payload. If you want to 'explore' that then quarintine it. I may be wrong, but I think it saved it as a txt doc and you can view it. You could ask McAfee to clean the file and see what remains. I just delete them as quickly as possible. Mostly, they come from someone with your contact details in their address book. Take a look at the options your version gives you. Hope this helps.

It will grab all the address in the book and automatically send to everyone in your book. But if you go to McAfee's site just see what version you have and most of the time there will be a updated version for downloading... But as I said just look through your tabs on your virus scan and decide what you want to set..
