In Outlook 98, open the message in question.
From the menubar, select VIEW/Options. You'll see a dialog box titled MAIL OPTIONS. At the bottom of that box, you'll see the INTERNET HEADERS text box with the information you're looking for.
Note: This will only work for messages routed via the internet. Messages on a local mail system (internal to your company, school, etc.)will display no text in the INTERNET HEADERS box.
