OSD in task list

On startup the task list has an entry for OSD, which I always disable. Does anyone know how to prevent it from running when I restart? I have tried msconfig but there is no entry there for it.

Here's some info about OSD. It should be listed in MSCONFIG--STARTUP though. Check again. Look to the right in that list for osd.exe
To add to what ham30 posted above, you may want to check this thread. I put together a method there for manually removing startup items.

In msconfig there was no entry for OSD, but there was an entry for "Keyboard Manager" which loaded "\Netropa\One-touch Multimedia Keyboard\MMKeybd.exe". I unchecked this and the problem is solved.
