Comment:

A friend done something to his mouse that caused the toolbar to go to the top of the screen. He has tried the normal click and move but the top of the screen then becomes white and the bar moves only 1/2 way down the screen. He can move it to the right but wants it on the bottom. Cant use scanred/restore because he has booted up to many times..what do you suggest?

Reply:

the registry is only backed up on the first
successful bootup of the day..
By default ScanReg keeps 5 days backups, so,
scanreg /restore should be an option if it
is less than 5 days
