when starting my laptop I get an error message "Rcpss Error" Looking under details the message says "Rcpss.exe caused page caused page fault error in ole32.dll" Anyone know what's happening? This recently started. I don't know what new software I might have installed. The ole version is 47.1.2618 Documentaion says its supposed to be ..2612 which comes with Dcom98 Rcpss.exe is ver 47.1.2612

What OS are you running? And where is the file you found located? There is a possibility that you have too old a version. Al

I have trouble with the computer. When starting the computer the first thing that pops up is a message that says that explorer has caused an error in the OLE32.DLL.
