Packard bell / Multimedia m400

Specs: Windows 95
Sometime between 1995 and 2003 I used a kids games site. It had things like painting (with a gallery to show off your work to other users), cartoon dolls (users could also change the makeup and later name their dolls and makeup styles and send them to friends). It also had a PC based game that came pre-installed on my aunt's Packard Bell Multimedia M400 computer with Windows 95 under Edutainment in the Start menu. Any ideas as to what this site was/is?

Thanks. I'd like to see Andy Griffith do a commercial for soylent green crackers like he did for Ritz. "Mmmm, good cracker!"
