Any help with the matter is appreciated.
I have this user who is using Windows 95 but has Microsoft Office 2000 and Microsoft Office 2000 Developer. She uses the Access Developer in 2000 Developer to make databases for the Department I work for. The problem is not that the program doesn't work. It works but there is an annoying error that comes up when she opens the database.
She clicks on the Wizard Icon to start the program It opens Access and ask for her username and passowrd to make the program work. Well when she puts her username and password in she receives the following error.
Microsoft Visual Basic
Run-time error '452'
Can't find DLL entry point 59 in msaccess.exe
The options are [END] [DEBUG] [HELP],
when I click debug it takes us to one specific line of visual code thats a function call to the program. Pressing end gets rid of the error and then she can get into her database folders to start creating or changing the ones she has. Its a bit of annoyance but not a life threatening error. But I for one would like to it out. Thanks,
Huey

since office 2000 was developed for a newer version of windows os
the dll is probably not in the older system
try the latest update that was available for win95. if not try obtaining the dll file and insert it into the --\window\system\*.dll.
so access can reference it.
you might create a frankenstiens monster then maybe not.
