Create a 210x105 pixel(max) bitmap image. Save it as OEMLOGO.BMP in the Windows/System folder. Then copy this into Notepad, enter any text you want after the =
[General] Manufacturer=Acme PC's Model=Insticrash
[Support Information] Line1=Call 1-800-000-0000 Line2=blah blah blah Line3= (and so on for more lines) Save as OEMINFO.INI in Windows/System
When you open System Properties, you'll now see your own bmp image and info. If you put the support lines in it, you'll have a support button to push with line1,2,3 etc in it.
