Hi Salman Meer, hi everyone Personally I don't use OE, but you could try the following. On the Menu, click on Tools, Select Options. At the General tab under Send/Receive Messages, where it reads: If my computer is not connected at this time open the pull-down menu and select Do not connect or Connect only when not working offline Click on Apply, click on OK, shutdown and restart OE. And one other thing you could try is on the Menu bar, select File and click on Work Offline Hope this helps. Best Regards, The Count

Have a look in Tools>Options>General Tab and uncheck the box next to the line "Send and receive messages at startup".
