OE Emails Going To Deleted Folder

I have a problem of random emails are going straight to my "Deleted Folder".
I have no message rules and I deleted my block senders list from the registry.
The happens to different emails and I cannot discern pattern in these deletions.

Did you also view your Blocked Senders list in OE and make sure it's empty, or that none of the entries are checked?

Jenn-I deleted it completely as I finally figured it is almost useless as these slimeballs that send all this spam are using false domains and making slight changes in the addresses. I was deleting everthing but the domain and that didn't work either.
Derek-They have been incoming only.
I finally deleted my message rule that I had unticked and haven't had the problem for a couple of days.
Just going to start deleting it with some of my other emails from friends who haven't learned how to forward an email without having a half dozen forwards that has to be opened numerous times.
