I recommend putting in another or older video card?.. Did you just put in a Geforce2

I don't think it has much to do with the video card (but stranger things have happened) I would write down all my network setting (if you need to), and then try uninstalling and reinstalling the network components. Either the ndis or mstcp virtual drivers may be corrupt.
